Blue Lotus Guides the Way Home: Spirit in the Body, Body in the Spirit
As we prepare to come together for this retreat, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the journey that has brought each of us to this space. This weekend is an invitation, an opportunity to step into something deeper, to release what no longer serves us, and to explore how we live as spirit in a body? It is one of the deepest human questions.
Itinerary
FRIDAY 7th NOVEMBER 2025
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - ARRIVAL – you are welcome to arrive from 12pm if you would like to settle in or even use the sauna before we start. Lunch is not provided on the first day so make sure you bring something.
We will still be setting up (you are welcome to help) but ready to start promptly at 2:00 pm.
2:00 pm – 3:30pm - INTRODUCTION TO THEME - “Blue Lotus Guides the Way Home: Spirit in the Body, Body in the Spirit”
3:30pm – 4:00 pm - BREAK
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm - GROUP WORKSHOP
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm - FREE TIME
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm - DINNER
7:30 pm - OPENING CACAO CEREMONY

WHAT TO BRING:
CEREMONY:
- You are welcome to bring any sacred items or offerings for the altar. (offerings might be flowers, fruit or any gatherings from nature or your gardens) 
- Ceremonies are a celebration so please feel free to wear items or clothing that reflect that for you. Or different layers to be warm and comfortable. 
- There are plenty of blankets, bolsters and yoga mats in the space but only a few back jack chairs. Please bring yours if you prefer and let me know if you would like me to provide one. 
JOURNAL:
- A notebook will be provided for you but please bring your own if you prefer. 
SAUNA:
- We will have use of the sauna and cold plunge so please bring your swim suit and an extra towel if you wish to use. There are ample of bathroom towels at the venue for showers etc. 
ADMIN TO ATTEND TO:
- I will be starting a Whats App group for communications and practicalities etc. 
- Please send me ASAP your dietary requirements. The food will be vegetarian. If you are vegan, have food intolerances please let me know so that our lovely catering team can accommodate in good time. If you would like to bring easy protein (pre-cooked meats or cans) to add to your meals, you are welcome to do so. 
- I am very excited to be collaborating with Conor for this weekender, he will be offering a workshop and individual Chiropractic adjustments (and joining us for the entire retreat!) There will be additional information following soon about this, but if you feel you would like an adjustment from Conor, please let me know ahead of time so I can schedule times etc. if you are undecided we should be able to accommodate later on but obviously the more notice the better. 
- PAYMENTS: full payments should have been received by now. Please let me know if there are any problems/ considerations etc with this.

There is parking available, however please car share where possible. The venue is also only an approx 15/20 min walk from the train station, please note it is uphill. Tonbridge mainline train station does have a taxi rank outside.
